VoiceU goes beyond technology to ensure a successful experience. We have developed a program to help you build and engage your VoiceU Student Team and ensure consistently high quality posting.
A club-like atmosphere should be created on campus. This may include a dedicated space for the the VoiceU Team where weekly meetings can be held. The space should also be made available to Team Members in their free time to boost camaraderie and team bonding.
Your institution may choose to provide WiFi enabled mobile devices to your team to remove any barriers for posting in their spare time.
Faculty or staff that have a deep understanding of the institutional culture and technology. Their primary role is to mentor their team. They will also guide team meetings that analyze what is posted, what should be posted, and how to improve.
Students comprised from different areas of the student body that are responsible for posting about their experiences on campus. These exceptional students will become online ambassadors for your institution. Prospective students may be compelled to open a more personal dialogue with team members based on common interests during the application process.
Students who exemplify VoiceU participation and appointed by a team vote. Like any team captain, they are responsible for boosting team morale and performance. They will also help the coaches organize team meetings.
